BEFORE DAWN (download a free PDF preview)

Format: web comic and digital format currently available through Amazon
Genre: old-school horror

Synopsis: What was supposed to be a weekend getaway for five teenagers at a secluded mansion soon turns into a trip into HELL.

An archaic book is rediscovered, unleashing a demonic evil which begins infecting the mansion’s visitors… one-by-one.

Escaping the nightmare they find themselves in will not be enough for those still alive. Outside, the living dead are approaching, hungry for the taste of human flesh.

As you can tell from the above, we were going for (and I hate to use this term) a gritty, grind house kind of feel for the project. If you read the above again in a deep, cold baritone voice, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

If you dig horror movies, then you’ll see many visual references to horror classics throughout BEFORE DAWN. This was intentional because as I’ve said before in regards to the story, it is our love letter to the horror movies we grew up on. It was a fun book to do and I think it shows in the pages.
